I Love being a God Mama!

I am so blessed to have 6 amazing God Children!

I wanna give shout out to Summer, Dani, Kaycee, Miranda

and especially this week to Rylee and Austene!

Rylee turned 2 last week and she is one
of the coolest 2 year olds I know!

I got the chance to be at her 2nd Birthday Party over the weekend.

Her mom had the great idea to suggest
books as a gift in the invitation!

It made the shopping so much easier and
I found Rylee some pretty neat books.

Car Show Season Has Arrived!

Well Car Show Season has finally started!  

If you are new to my "Misadventures" 

please let me introduce you to Simon.

Simon is a 1963 Plymouth Valiant.  

He has 4 doors and a slant 6 motor.

He was white and I painted him red.

I have owned him for 7 years and plan on owning him for several more.

For 5 of those years he was my one and only car.

But now I get to just show him off.

Right now I have 3 projects that I hope to work on this summer:

Painting the floor board,

Re-Upholster the seats, 

And if I'm lucky get the front end suspension re-built.

 

So to Kick-Off the 2010 Car Show season,

I entered Simon in the Bethel Show n Shine.

It was a perfect day, the sun was out and that meant the cars where out!

They had over 140 cars in the show.

15 of them where Mopars and I was in 7th Heaven!

Happy Mothers Day Mom!

My brother and I made a great meal today for our MOM, Dad, Grandma & Grandpa.

I was in charge of the GRILLED PIZZA and 

he was in charge of SALAD, DESSERT & BEVERAGE!

Boy, was it tasty!

I even planned enough for leftovers!

I LOVE spending time with my MOM and family, 

especially when we get a chance to sit around the table and eat good food!

To SUM it up:  My MOM'S the GREATEST!

Welcome to my World!

There are so many things that I get myself into 

that I decided to turn it into a blog!  

My goal is to update this at least once a week 

or as something strikes my fancy.
